Ellie has a passion for health, well-being and caring for others which inspired her to pursue a career in Chiropractic. Ellie graduated from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in Bournemouth with a Masters degree in Chiropractic.

Since graduating she has gained experience working in clinics in London and Hampshire, before moving back home to Bournemouth.

Ellie experienced the fantastic benefits of chiropractic treatment when studying in her teens, with relief for her headaches. She now finds being able to help other people in the same way incredibly satisfying.

Ellie enjoys seeing a diverse range of people and likes to use a variety of techniques to get the best result for each individual. She uses diversified chiropractic techniques alongside soft-tissue work to support a wide range of spinal and extremity issues. As a ‘wellness-based’ practitioner, she looks at the whole body, aims to find the root of the problem and help reduce the chance of issues coming back. Her approach supports not just physical health, but stress reduction and promotes overall health and wellbeing.

She has a particular interest in how Chiropractic can help babies, children and mums-to-be and specialises in pregnancy and paediatrics and is [Webster Certified]((https://icpa4kids.com/training/webster-certification/webster-technique/), a specific chiropractic technique used to analyse and correct pelvic imbalances. It is commonly applied to pregnant women because the Webster’s technique is a very gentle yet powerful technique designed to ensure that the mother’s pelvis is well aligned and that the muscles and ligaments that surround the pelvis and womb are under normal tension.
